Job summary

Associated Engineering Trading & Contracting W.L.L in Doha, Qatar is seeking a qualified professional with at least 10 years of experience in MV equipment diagnostics and testing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project-related applications.
• Level 2 certification in Infrared Thermography from recognized OEMs.
• Certification in Partial Discharge from recognized training providers.
• Certification for transformer oil analysis from an internationally recognized laboratory.
• Certification in Asset Management from recognized firms.

Responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate all technical inputs and reports.
• Evaluate asset condition based on field data and historical records.
• Define asset condition and estimate future performance.
• Analyze risks for each asset class and suggest remedial measures.
• Prepare and review reports on asset health indices.
