Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chemical Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in data analysis software such as MATLAB or Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new chemical processes to improve production efficiency
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any process issues that may arise
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize processes
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Control, and Production to develop new products or improve existing ones
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, process changes, and equipment maintenance
• Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve processes and techniques
