Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop chemical processes for production.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve processes and products.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during production.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the plant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.
