Job summary

Rotana Hotels in Doha is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join the Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha kitchen team. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes following the Head Chef's recipes and specifications.

Responsibilities include assisting Head Chef in menu development, maintaining sanitation and food safety, training junior staff, and controlling inventory and food costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef De Partie or Line Cook.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
