Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the pastry section of the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef. Duties include planning pastry production, developing seasonal offerings, and creating high-quality pastry dishes following standard recipes and presentation standards to ensure quality and consistency.
Assist in production and maintaining par stocks of pastries and desserts with proper rotation, while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry and bakery sections.
Maintain high staff engagement and guest satisfaction according to hotel standards.
