An executive search company based in Doha is seeking a Change Manager to develop and implement a change program for new IT systems. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in change management and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce. A degree from an accredited university is required. This role offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in organizational transformation.
The main task of this role is to develop, implement and manage a change programme to ensure that new IT systems are integrated into the business. You will be responsible for integrating and communicating the plan to a diverse workforce whilst identifying any gaps and developing strategies to close any gaps identified.
