Job summary

Flyper in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate the crane safely on construction sites in Qatar and report daily progress. A valid license or certification is required and strong safety awareness is essential.

You will inspect equipment, monitor loads, control crane movements, and perform light maintenance while complying with all regulations. This is a full-time position based in Doha.

Qualifications

• Valid license or certification from an approved institution.
• Sound judgment.

• Good physical stamina.
• Good working knowledge of safety regulations.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting the crane before each shift
• Monitoring the load capacity during lifting operations
• Controlling the crane's movements from the cab
• Guiding the load with manual or remote-control devices
• Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed
• Reporting any incidents or malfunctions immediately
• Completing daily reports of work performed
• Performing minor maintenance on the crane including greasing, oiling, and lubricating parts as needed
