We are seeking for an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic operational and technological direction. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a next-generation defense organization focused on innovation advanced systems development and global competitiveness.

The CEO will oversee the research development design manufacturing and delivery of cutting-edge technologies and defense systems for both government and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive corporate strategy aligned with defense and aerospace market demands regulatory frameworks and national security priorities.
• Lead organizational growth transformation and operational excellence from inception to full-scale implementation.
• Represent the company in high-level engagements with government entities defense ministries and international industry partners.

Technology & Innovation Oversight

• Direct and oversee R&D initiatives in advanced areas such as aerospace propulsion radar systems unmanned platforms AI-enabled defense technologies and space systems.
• Champion innovation and ensure the integration of advanced technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with research institutions global defense contractors and technology firms.

Program & Project Development

• Supervise major defense contracts technology programs and product development initiatives.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects in alignment with quality cost and schedule objectives.
• Oversee compliance risk management and adherence to national and international defense standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Background : Defense Technology Software IP Network Communications Avionics
• Years of Experience : 15 20 years in the same or related field
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale defense or aerospace programs and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of defense procurement frameworks technological innovation and regulatory compliance .
• Advanced degree in Engineering Defense Studies Aerospace Technology or related discipline ; MBA or Doctorate preferred.
• Proven record of executive leadership strategic vision and stakeholder engagement at the highest level.
