Role Description

The Cashier role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, handling cash and electronic payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash register at the end of shifts. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering basic product and pricing questions, managing returns and exchanges in line with store policies, and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area. The Cashier collaborates with store staff to ensure smooth front-end operations, supports promotional activities, and helps provide a positive, efficient shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Strong cash-handling skills, basic math abilities, and accuracy in processing POS transactions.


• Customer service orientation, clear communication skills, and a professional, friendly attitude.


• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow store procedures and policies.
