We are looking for a talented and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an opportunity to join a growing business and be a part of a professional team. The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Constructing, assembling, installing and repairing structures, furniture, fixtures and other items using hand tools, power tools or machinery
• Reading blueprints or drawings and calculating measurements
• Assessing materials for use in carpentry projects
• Checking completed installations for conformance to specifications
• Maintaining tools in good condition
• Updating records of supplies used or purchased
• Ensuring safety standards are met at all times.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail skills as well as physical strength. Knowledge of woodworking techniques is preferred. The successful candidate may also be expected to work independently at times or work under the supervision of a manager or supervisor. A valid driver's license is also preferred but not required. We are willing to consider an immigrant with no experience. Salary offered is 1600 QAR per month.
