Job summary

Abroad Work in Doha is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in carpentry and be able to work independently or as part of a team to complete wood structures, furniture and fixtures.

We offer a competitive salary of 1200 per month, modern tools and equipment, and opportunities for promotion in an international environment. Immigrant applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in carpentry.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, repair and maintain wood structures, furniture and fixtures.
• Cut and shape wood using hand tools such as saws, chisels, planes, drills etc.
• Check that pieces fit together properly before being assembled.
• Analyze blueprints or drawings to determine materials needed for construction.
• Follow safety policies at all times when working with machinery or equipment.
