SwiftMove Logistics in Al-Khor seeks an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead a crew on diverse projects. You will read blueprints, schedule tasks, ensure quality, and coordinate with trades and management.

The role offers a competitive monthly salary, accommodation, visa sponsorship, and flight to Al-Khor. English communication is required; Arabic is a plus, and Indian nationality is preferred but not required.

Carpenter Foreman

We are a reputable construction company in Al-Khor and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our team. As a Carpenter Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of carpenters on various projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks for the carpenters based on project deadlines.
• Train new carpenters on safety procedures, tools, and techniques.
• Inspect work progress to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for projects.
• Communicate effectively with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman in the construction industry.
• Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Indian nationality preferred but not required.
