Carpenter for Residential Construction

As a Carpenter for Residential Construction in Al-Khor, Qatar, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will primarily work on residential properties, following blueprints and building plans to meet project specifications. You must be able to perform a variety of tasks including measuring and cutting materials, installing windows and doors, framing walls and floors, and finishing surfaces with paint or varnish.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a carpenter in residential construction.
• Must be able to read blueprints and building plans.
• Knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically fit with good stamina.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills.
