Job summary

Workato in Qatar is seeking a dedicated Carpenter to join our team in Al-Khor. You will study blueprints, measure materials, and cut or shape components using hand tools and power equipment to exact specifications while adhering to safety standards.

This full-time role runs 8am–5pm, with a monthly salary of 1600 USD, negotiable by experience. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, operate tools safely, and communicate clearly in English and with team members to ensure quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials required and methods of installation
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines or power saws
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using carpenter's hand tools and power tools
• Follow safety procedures when handling sharp tools or operating heavy machinery
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment
• Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Nepali nationality preferred but not required

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Khor

Full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm.
