Job summary

Alftek International is seeking an experienced Cardiologist to join a healthcare facility in Qatar. The role covers diagnosing, treating and managing cardiovascular diseases, with a requirement of a minimum of three years clinical experience in Qatar and a valid QCHP/DHP license.

You will diagnose and manage cardiovascular conditions, perform cardiac assessments, interpret ECGs and echocardiograms, and develop treatment plans while educating patients on heart health and prevention.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Cardiology.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in Qatar.
• Valid QCHP/DHP license to practise as Cardiologist.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage cardiovascular conditions including hypertension and heart disease.
• Conduct cardiac consultations, physical exams and risk assessments.
• Interpret ECGs, echocardiograms and other cardiac investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing cardiac care and follow-up.
• Recommend further investigations or interventions when needed.
• Educate patients on cardiovascular health and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulations.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cardiologist to join a healthcare facility in Qatar. The role covers diagnosing, treating and managing cardiovascular diseases. A minimum of three years clinical experience in Qatar and a valid QCHP/DHP license are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, coronary artery disease and heart failure

• Conduct cardiac consultations, physical examinations and cardiovascular risk assessments

• Interpret ECGs, echocardiograms and other relevant cardiac investigations

• Develop individualised treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications

• Monitor patients progress and provide ongoing cardiac care and follow-up

• Recommend further investigations and specialist interventions when required

• Educate patients on cardiovascular health, lifestyle modifications and disease prevention

• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with Qatar s healthcare regulations and clinical standards

Desired Candidate Profile

• Recognised medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• Relevant postgraduate qualification or specialisation in Cardiology

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Qatar

• Valid QCHP/DHP license to practise as a Cardiologist

• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills and patient-care abilities
