This permanent, full‑time position is based in Qatar and offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency through automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing digital forms and Servicesflows using K2, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The role improves efficiency by automating manual processes and integrating them with enterprise systems.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation solutions.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint, ERP, and EDRMS applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using K2 and Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Conduct requirement analysis and develop proof‑of‑concept prototypes.
• Perform testing, validation, and documentation for all automated processes.
• Maintain and optimise existing automation solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users on automated processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technologies.
• Maintain and optimise existing Servicesflows to improve business efficiency.

Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business process automation and a passion for technology. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Servicesflow automation (K2, Power Platform).
• Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, connectors, and data integration standards.
