They should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.

The primary responsibilities of the Business Manager will include developing and implementing strategies to improve profitability, analyzing customer data to identify new opportunities, managing staff and resources, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. They must be able to effectively negotiate deals with vendors and suppliers, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should also be able to motivate their team members and foster a positive working environment.
