A leading business development firm in Qatar is seeking a Business Development Executive to conduct market research, develop relationships with stakeholders, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of experience in the Qatar market, and be bilingual in Arabic and English. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Meet potential clients to present services and negotiate deals.
  • Generate leads through various channels and secure clientele.
  • Respond to client queries and complaints.
  • Develop business proposals for new customers.
  • Participate in industry forums and discussions.
  • Supervise client relationship management database.
  • Achieve financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Provide creative business ideas to improve sales.
  • Create presentations and attend meetings.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline with documented activities.
  • Present performance dashboards to the Line Manager.

Job description
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  • Meeting with potential clients to present company services and negotiate business dealsli>
  • Generate leads by cold calls/social media/emails/ build your database, and secure your clientele.
  • Respond to queries and complaints from clients regarding the company’s products on a basis.
  • Develop business proposals/agreements for new customers.
  • Participate in forums related to the industry, conferences, and client discussions.
  • Supervise thedatabase of client relationship management and utilize the results to manage customers and mailing lists.
  • To achieve the set financial and non-financial KPI’s and targets.
  • To provide creative ideas to the Head for anew line of business and to improve sales.
  • To be able to create presentations, attend meetings along with the line manager.
  • Actively maintain a sales pipeline with documented activity in accordance with sales processes and methodologies.
  • Responsible for presenting the daily /weekly/monthly dashboards to the Line Manager.
