We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the Facility Management (FM) sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FM sales strategies, bid/tender preparation, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire tendering process, and driving revenue growth.

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the FM industry (Hard & Soft Services).
  • Lead the end-to-end tendering process: bid preparation, submission, documentation, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through market intelligence, networking, and client engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, technical presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Work closely with estimation, operations, and legal teams to align proposals with technical capabilities and contract requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales and pipeline reports for senior management.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company offerings.
