Qualifications

• Proven experience as a business coach or consultant.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Collaborating with clients to develop customized action plans based on their specific needs and objectives
• Providing guidance and support in implementing new strategies and processes
• Monitoring progress and providing ongoing feedback to ensure goals are being met
• Offering advice on various aspects of business management including marketing finance and operations
• Conducting training sessions or workshops to strengthen skills and knowledge of clients
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business coaching
• Building strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a business coach or consultant
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of various aspects of business management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Resides in or willing to relocate to Al-Khor

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month
