Job summary

Abroad Work is looking for a highly motivated Business Coach to join their team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support through coaching sessions and workshops, aimed at improving client performance in various business areas. Candidates must be native Egyptian speakers with at least 3 years of experience in business coaching, showcasing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time position does not include accommodation.

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will work with individuals and teams to provide guidance, support, and training in order to improve their performance and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions with clients to assess their needs and develop individualized coaching plans
- Provide guidance and support in areas such as leadership development, communication skills, time management, and goal setting
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for groups on various business topics
- Monitor progress of clients and adjust coaching plans as needed
- Collaborate with other coaches and team members to share best practices and resources
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant and effective coaching strategies

Requirements:
- Must be a native Egyptian with excellent English speaking skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a business coach or related role
- Strong understanding of business principles and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Qatar for client meetings
