Job summary

MechaForce in Al-Khor, Qatar seeks a Business Coach to guide clients from the Indian community toward professional growth and business success. The role involves conducting initial consultations, developing customized coaching plans, and delivering one-on-one sessions in person or via video conferencing.

You will work closely with clients, applying coaching strategies that fit their needs, monitor progress, and run group workshops to share best practices and industry insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Coach or similar role, preferably working with Indian clients.
• Strong understanding of the Indian business culture, customs, and practices.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to adapt coaching techniques based on individual client needs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower others.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client schedules.
