A leading automotive management firm in Qatar seeks an experienced professional to manage Autoline systems and provide user support. The role involves streamlining operational processes, training users, and customizing reports to meet management needs. Strong communication skills and expertise in dealer management systems are essential.
Experience in Autoline Dealer management system.
Experience in ERP/DMS/CRM/Reports all module system Admin level administration and user level support.
Implement best practices in Autoline system by encoding minor system changes. Providing senior & user level training and consultation.
Experience in CRM, Finance, Vehicle sales & aftersales department.
Streamline & implement user & customer friendly, yet effective operational processes in DMS
Create user manuals of DRIVE system operations for new & existing users
On demand report creation & customization for dealer management & dealer principals (FMC & FCA)
Assist Marketing team to reach targeted customer volume using Campaign Manager Experience in developing MIS reports as per the management requirement.
Ability to communicate orally with end users, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial.
Regular use of phone and email for communication is essential.
