Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a maintenance technician to support civil maintenance tasks. The role involves minor masonry, plastering, painting, tiling and grouting repairs, waterproofing assistance, and rectification of damaged finishes. You will prepare work areas, supervise urgent repairs, inspect sites, and report defects to the supervisor.

You will also maintain records, hand over tasks clearly, and adhere to safety procedures and good housekeeping practices on site.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned civil maintenance duties during absences or increased workloads.
• Carry out minor masonry, plastering, painting, tiling and grouting repairs.
• Assist with waterproofing and rectification of damaged building finishes.
• Prepare work areas, surfaces, tools and materials.
• Support urgent repairs and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Inspect assigned areas and report defects or incomplete work.
• Follow instructions from the responsible engineer or supervisor.
• Maintain work records and provide clear task handovers.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
