Job summary

Hilton Doha is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms, while delivering the high-touch hospitality Hilton is known for.

You will work closely with the front office and concierge to provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience and consistently exceptional service for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in guest services or bell attendant roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Physically fit to lift and carry luggage safely.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for service.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel amenities, local attractions, and transport options preferred.

• Cross-Department Support: Communicate guest needs to relevant departments and assist with room moves or special requests.
• Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and ensure a smooth stay experience.
