Responsible for preparing and serving drinks engaging with guests and ensuring an excellent guest experience as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guestrequests.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels restocking as needed and informing management of shortages.
• Follow all health safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed such as serving food or assisting with special events.
