Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Malayalam preferred; knowledge of English is an advantage but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
• Ensure quality control by following the café's recipe standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, workstations, and dining areas
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about our menu items
