Job summary

ConFlip is hiring a Barista for a busy cafe in Al-Khor, Egypt. You will brew and serve hot and cold beverages, take orders, handle transactions, and keep the cafe clean and inviting.

Excellent English is required; Arabic is a plus. You should work well in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, and be flexible to work weekends. Previous café experience is welcome but not required, and tips are earned on top of the monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is an advantage.

We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team at a popular cafe located in Al-Khor, Egypt. As a Barista, you will be responsible for brewing and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your role will also include maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe and ensuring high-quality customer service. This is an opportunity for someone with experience in the food and beverage industry or freshers who are passionate about coffee making and have good communication skills.
