Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based and non-coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccino, latte and tea
• Ensure the quality of all beverages meets our high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Provide recommendations on drinks based on customer preferences
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Follow food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee‑making techniques and latte art is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
