Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking a talented Indian hair stylist to join our Lusail barbershop. You will deliver high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming for a diverse client base, while maintaining a clean work area and staying current with trends.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in barbering, strong technique knowledge, and excellent customer service. This is a part-time role requiring flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a barber or hair stylist focused on men's grooming.
• Excellent knowledge of cutting techniques and facial hair trends.
• Skilled with clippers, scissors, razors and barber tools.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Passion for barbering and ongoing skill improvement.

Barber - Indian Hair Stylist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Hair Stylist to join our team at our barbershop in Lusail. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and consult with them to understand their desired look
• Provide professional haircuts and styling services according to client preferences
• Perform beard trims, shaves, and other facial hair grooming services
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance
• Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in men's grooming

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber or Hair Stylist with a focus on men's grooming
• Excellent knowledge of cutting techniques, hairstyles, and facial hair trends
• Ability to use clippers, scissors, razors, and other barber tools effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Passion for the art of barbering and dedication to continuously improving skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in Barbering preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Barber or Hair Stylist
• Fluent in Hindi or Malayalam preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary

1800$ per month based on experience.
