ClericaPoint in Al-Khor is seeking an experienced Baker to join our popular restaurant team. The role focuses on crafting authentic Indian breads and pastries, including naan, roti, and samosas, with attention to flavor and quality.

The successful candidate will prepare doughs and fillings, monitor oven temperatures, ensure proper baking times, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with inventory management. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Baker in an Indian restaurant or bakery.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed.

We are in search of an experienced Baker preferably of Indian nationality to join our team at a popular restaurant in Al-Khor The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and authentic Indian baked goods such as naan roti and samosas

As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing doughs batters and fillings according to traditional recipes as well as monitoring oven temperatures and ensuring proper baking times. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with inventory management

This is a full‑time position with a salary starting at 1300$ per month

Requirements
