A recruitment agency is seeking a Night Duty Auditor to manage accounts, front desk tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities

• Balance the accounts from the day shift.
• Take care of front desk tasks and visitor check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by organizing wake-up calls.
• Manage client requests and issues and direct other staff members as necessary.
• Develop invoices and expenses and search for vendors and professionals.
• Maintain and update all main documentation pertaining to the role.
• Ensure that end-of-day activities are executed properly by staff.
• Answer phone calls and questions related to potential reservations.

• Ensure that end-of-day activities are properly executed by staff in all divisions
• Answer phone calls and questions related to potential reservations
