Boutiqaat is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the heartbeat of our operations from inbound and outbound logistics to inventory excellence and beyond. As our Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations across all areas, inbound, outbound, logistics, and inventory. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to meet KPIs, streamline workflows, and guarantee customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and execute inbound strategies while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Oversee product receiving, sorting, and GRN closure with precision.
• Ensure efficient stock placement and rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage order preparation and dispatch with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Work with logistics partners to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
• Oversee packaging standards and resolve any order or shipment issues promptly.
• Develop logistics strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Negotiate with vendors to optimize transportation costs and service levels.
• Oversee fleet management and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Own the inventory strategy to maintain stock accuracy, rotation, and health.
• Optimize space utilization and coordinate cycle counts and stock transfers.
• Lead efforts to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve process accuracy.
• Drive process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and cross-department collaboration.
• Support and train team members to enhance performance and ensure operational continuity.
• Track KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management. (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or retail operations, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel dashboards, formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong understanding of supply chain optimization, inventory control, and lean methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
