About the role

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Manager – Front Office to join our team. We are looking for a bright, energetic leader who will be responsible for delivering the brand promise by assisting the Front Office Manager to run successfully the Front Office operations in the hotel, including: Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, Club Olympus and Regency Club. You will be playing a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience in the hotel, having strong accountability for major guest experience functions, with the focus on the exceptional customer service and the ability to improve the bottom line.
