Job Description
  • Assist in planning and executing creative digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging, visually appealing, and innovative marketing materials.
  • Contribute fresh ideas for social media posts, product promotions, and brand storytelling.
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts with creative content strategies that boost visibility.
  • Manage and update product listings with compelling descriptions and visuals to enhance customer experience.
  • Track inventory and liaise with logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for ROI optimization.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Analytics, and basic SEO principles.
  • Strong organizational and creativity skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CMS or e-commerce tools is a plus.
