Overview

Assist the President/CEO with daily administrative duties and a broad variety of administrative tasks, including managing an active calendar, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex travel plans and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the President/CEO's calendar and travel arrangements; prepare meeting materials and correspondence.
  • Complete expense reports and coordinate complex travel plans, itineraries and meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings with internal teams and external partners (e.g., SLT, TMG, PRB staff).
Qualifications
  • Ability to drive and be willing to drive.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin; ability to speak Mandarin.
  • Ability to translate between English and Mandarin (Mandarin).
