Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 3 years of interior drafting experience with as-built drawings for fit-out projects.
• Advanced AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods, joinery, finishes, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Experience with site measurement and surveying tools (laser meter, etc.).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with site and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete as-built drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections and details reflecting actual site conditions.
• Carry out site visits and surveys to measure, verify and record installed works.
• Update shop drawings and design drawings to reflect all site changes, variations and deviations.
• Produce as-built drawings for joinery, custom furniture, wall and floor finishes, ceilings, partitions and other interior elements.
• Mark and coordinate interfaces with MEP services, lighting, power points, and other elements as installed.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to collect red-line markups and record site changes.
• Maintain a drawing register with proper revision control; prepare handover documents like O&M manuals and finish schedules.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, client requirements and drafting standards.
