Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Data & AI Solutions Lead to drive and implement AI, ML, Generative AI, and data-driven solutions across the organization. The role combines strong technical knowledge with business and consulting capabilities to identify AI-driven opportunities that improve processes, decision-making, automation and measurable value.

The role works with management, business functions, clients, technology teams, and external partners to translate requirements into practical AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or cloud technologies are an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in software, technology, digital transformation, or related fields, with significant recent AI focus.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML and Generative AI use cases in a business environment.
• Experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, presales, or technology consulting is highly desirable.
• Experience leading technical teams and multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of software development, system integration, data architecture, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, Machine Learning concepts, data analytics, and AI solution architecture.
• Experience working directly with senior management and clients to understand business challenges and propose technology solutions.
• Previous experience establishing or developing an AI/Data function or capability would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, design, and implementation of AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Assess business processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical and AI solutions.
• Develop and manage AI use cases from initial concept and feasibility assessment through implementation and deployment.
• Lead the development of Generative AI solutions, including applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Support the development of AI-powered tools, assistants, knowledge-management solutions, and intelligent automation.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to support analytics, machine-learning, and AI applications.
• Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, models, and vendors and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to demonstrate the business value of proposed AI solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution demonstrations, workshops, and presentations with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with IT, software development, data, operations, and business teams to ensure successful integration of AI solutions.
• Establish appropriate standards and processes for the responsible and secure use of AI.
• Support AI governance, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor the performance and business impact of implemented AI solutions and recommend improvements.
