International Schools Partnership in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced educator to plan and deliver lessons, organize materials, and maintain grade records. You will support students with diverse learning needs, collaborate with psychology professionals, and participate in meetings, workshops, and school events.

A Master’s degree is preferred and English proficiency at an advanced level is required. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments and involvement in community activities,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.

Mansioni

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Fulfill objectives outlined in general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
• Maintain the grade book up to date and enter grades on deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Keep the classroom decorated with materials related to lessons, activities, and holidays.
• Perform assigned playground supervision duties.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
• Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
• Attend institutional workshops and participate in parent meetings and school activities.
• Comply with the established work schedule and communicate issues as needed.
• Act as a mediator between students and inform the psychologist of conflicts.
• Collaborate to organize community service projects and fundraising activities.
• Assist and/or organize student participation in fairs and activities.
• Record daily attendance and submit forms to the Academic Support Department.
• Collect subject-specific assignments for portfolio organization.
• Monitor Homework Board and encourage student participation in subcommittees.
• Promote open communication with students and parents.
• Encourage guardians to attend ISP events.
• Refer students to Psychology Department for special learning needs.
