Job summary

ConFlip in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, seeks a talented Art Director (English speaking) to lead the creative direction for campaigns, branding initiatives, and design projects. You will develop concepts that align with client objectives and communicate their message effectively.

You will collaborate with copywriters and designers, present concepts to clients, and provide revisions based on feedback. Applicants should have strong English, be able to work independently and in teams, and enjoy mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Visa to work in Qatar required.
• Experience with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds preferred.

Requirements
