Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing variety of design styles, techniques, and mediums.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.
• Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand branding goals and vision.
• Develop concepts and ideas for visual designs that align with client's needs.
• Create mock-ups and storyboards to present design ideas to clients.
• Oversee the creation of all visual assets including graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos.
• Provide feedback and guidance to designers to ensure high quality work is produced.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools to constantly improve our visual designs.
