Job summary

SecureLine is seeking an Art Director to lead creative design and manage a team of designers for client projects in Ar-Ruwais, Nepal or Kenya. The role requires a strong graphic design background and leadership skills to deliver visually compelling concepts on schedule.

You will collaborate with clients to capture vision, develop layouts and prototypes, and ensure high-quality deliverables across campaigns. Fluency in Nepali or Swahili preferred, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven experience managing a team of designers and leading creative projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand vision and develop creative concepts that align with brand identity.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for design projects.
• Manage a team of designers and provide guidance and feedback on their work.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design projects.
• Develop layouts, sketches, and prototypes for client approval.
• Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to present design concepts and incorporate feedback into final designs.
