We’re looking for an Art Director to lead Snoonu’s Brand & Communication Design team — a critical creative role that shapes how millions of users see and experience our brand every day.

You’ll work at the intersection of brand, marketing, and product — launching 360° campaigns, building scalable design systems, leading a team of designers, and turning business goals into impactful visuals.

A key part of your mission: developing Snoonu’s main brand and a growing family of sub-brands (like Snoomart, S Prime, S City) — each with its own voice, but all connected through one bold visual language.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Own the visual evolution of the Snoonu brand across all touchpoints.
• Lead creative direction for 360° campaigns, brand identity, and new business verticals (SnooMart, S City, S Prime, etc.)
• Build and maintain consistent, expressive design systems for our sub-brands
• Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 designers (graphic, motion, junior/mid/senior)
• Oversee day‑to‑day creative output and art quality across static, video, digital, 3D, and more
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Copywriting, PR, CX, and C‑level teams
• Champion innovation through AI‑powered content, interactive storytelling, and generative design
• Improve workflows, pipelines, and creative tools (Slack, Figma, Jira, Notion, Midjourney)

🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in brand, communication, or creative design — with 3+ years in an art director or team lead role
• A strong portfolio showcasing:
  • Visual systems and brand identity
  • Digital campaigns and branded content
  • Storytelling through visuals
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills — ability to inspire, structure, and raise the creative bar
• Deep understanding of:
  • Branding, composition, typography, color theory
  • Visual hierarchy and motion design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
• Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, RunwayML)
• Experience working in fast‑paced business environments: startups, e‑commerce, tech
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams across product and marketing
• Strong business mindset:
  • Understand how design impacts key metrics (engagement, awareness, LTV, conversion)
  • Ability to frame creative decisions through the lens of business and user value
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
