Art Director for Creative Agency in Al-Khor, Egypt



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team at a leading creative agency in Al-Khor, Egypt. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual aesthetic of various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and website design. You must have a strong background in graphic design and possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of designers and artists. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and website design projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and vision
- Lead a team of designers and artists to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques
- Review final designs to ensure they meet client requirements and brand standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently to clients
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising quality
- Fluent English speaker with strong writing skills
- Egyptian nationality preferred
