A leading retail company in Doha seeks an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple store teams. You will be accountable for employee development, performance management, and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in large store management and is fluent in English, with good Arabic skills preferred. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' experience managing large stores or multi-site locations.
  • Fluent in English, good command of Arabic is a plus.
  • Must be computer literate.

You will also actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new stores and store closures.
