Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an Arabic Language Expert to review and generate bilingual training content, focusing on accuracy, clarity, and step-by-step problem solving. You will provide expert feedback, assess reasoning, and ensure model quality in a fully remote, hourly contractor role with flexible hours.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in linguistics/translation or related field, native or near-native Arabic with strong Modern Standard Arabic skills, and English proficiency at C1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Native or near-native Arabic with strong writing/editing in Modern Standard Arabic and dialects (Egyptian preferred).
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for bilingual evaluation and instruction adherence.
• 3+ years in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply rubrics in high-volume hourly work.
• Strong fact-checking habits and ability to verify claims with reputable sources.
• Ability to identify reasoning gaps and unclear explanations in bilingual content.
• Comfort working independently in remote, asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and responses to guide AI learning in various topics.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy, fluency, and relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
