Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 2+ years of experience, and relevant security certifications. Proficiency with Burp Suite and other tooling is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
2+ years of experience in application security, software development, or related field.
Certifications such as BCSP, OSWA, OSWE, eWPT, eWPTX, SEC542 are highly desirable.
Proficiency with security testing tools (Burp Suite required) and secure coding practices.
Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, ASVS, MASVS, WSTG, MSTG and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

Perform penetration tests on web, mobile, APIs, and desktop apps with detailed remediation reports.
Manage automated SAST/DAST/SCA scanning across applications.
Conduct threat modelling and provide mitigation guidance.
Review code for security vulnerabilities and offer remediation recommendations.
Deliver security training tailored to different application types.
Evaluate and recommend security testing tools and technologies.
Document security assessments, vulnerability management, and security policies.
