Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in aluminium fabrication or manufacturing plants.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, production machinery, and workflow management.
• Proven experience in managing plant operations and production teams.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the aluminium plant, including production, maintenance, and manpower.
• Develop production plans and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
• Oversee fabrication processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and control operational costs.
• Lead, train, and supervise production teams to achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and engineering departments.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports, progress updates, and performance analysis.

Skills

Knowledge of ERP systems for production and inventory management

Education
