Job summary

Malomatia seeks an experienced AI Security Architect to lead security architecture, governance and assurance for its AI/GenAI platforms. You will design secure architectures for training, inference and deployment, govern data and model security, and align with global standards across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

You will drive risk management, incident response, and secure SDLC practices in a fast‑growing AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Cybersecurity with 3-5+ years focused on AI/ML or data platforms.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI services.
• Proven track record designing or reviewing secure architectures for ML pipelines, LLM/RAG systems, or agentic platforms.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, IAM, network and application security.
• Familiarity with frameworks/standards such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 27001/42001, SOC 2, MITRE ATLAS/ATT&CK, CSA.
• Excellent communication: translate AI risks into business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture, governance and assurance across AI/GenAI platforms.
• Define reference architectures for on‑prem, hybrid and cloud platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex).
• Perform AI-specific threat modeling (data poisoning, prompt injection, model theft) and align controls to standards.
• Design and implement controls for data pipelines, model integrity, access control and secure prompt policies.
• Embed AI security into CI/CD cycles: scanning, dependencies, policy-as-code and red team prep.
• Lead or support AI red/blue/purple team exercises using MITRE ATLAS frameworks.
• Develop AI playbooks for prompt abuse, data leakage and compromised agents.
