Job summary

Google LLC is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineering, to bridge pre-sales and post-sales execution. You will shape solutions during the technical evaluation phase for AI accounts, focusing on adoption, rapid activation, and viable delivery within Google's ecosystem.

Aligned with Forward Deployed Engineering, you will architect how these assets integrate into the customer's IT environment, including connectors, identity, data residency, and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience with APIs, ECMs, identity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML deployments.
• Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product/engineering.
• Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Ability to speak and write in Arabic and English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams to assess feasibility and shape long‑term adoption.
• Diagnose complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds.
• Liaise with Product and Engineering to resolve deployment blockers and translate field feedback into requests.
• Steer implementation strategy while owning the delivery reality with customer-facing teams.
